What Can I Do? Take Micro-breaks – It is essential to break the cycle of repetitive strain, muscle fatigue, and pain. To do this we should recharge our muscles and take strain off our joints and discs at least every 20 minutes. Even if just for 10-30 seconds! Get moving (even in your seat), stretch, and yes even walking to the coffee pot counts (but a glass of water would be better for you). And Smile, seeing your chiropractor regularly and keeping a positive outlook might just be the best medicine.
